PAYMENTS

  • CREDIT/ DEBIT TRANSACTION FEES

    • The fee differs per region as follows: 

      • USA: 2.9% of the transaction amount + 0.30 USD

      • CANADA: 2.9% of the transaction amount + 0.30

    • **Fee not included in any refunds

  • PAYPAL​

    • No fees 

REFUNDS

  • All sales are final. No returns, exchanges, refunds or cancellations.

SHIPPING 

Shipping & Handling Charges are as follows:

  • $11.95 flat fee for domestic shipping, all states within the USA. 

  • $35.00 USD flat fee for shipping to Canada. 

  • The processing time for orders is two (2) to four (4) business days (this does not include weekends or holidays). 

  • Once shipped, delivery time within the United States is three (3) to six (6) business days. Please keep in mind that during holidays or launches, this time may vary.

    • Canada shipments: 5-7 business days for processing, and 6-8 business days for shipping. â€‹

  • We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by natural occurrences (weather), air/ground transportation strikes or delays due to the UPS/USPS mail system, nor affected by customs, transfers from our carrier to the local carrier in your country, or any extra fees, customs, or back end charge once the package has exited the United States.

  • *CANADA Shipments

    • Customer is responsible for any duty/import fees after tracking number is provided to them​
